Due once a year per family. This fee is part of the operational budget and includes cost for texts, class materials, consumables, year-round photocopied educational packets, and student accident insurance.

FAMILY FUNDRAISING FEE
Family Fundraising Fee – $700.00 per family
This is broken into two parts – a $400.00 fee is due by July 30, 2022. The remaining $300.00 is raised during the school year through Scrip, Wrapping Paper, Jog-a-Thon, Chocolate Sale and 2 Spring Dancing Under the Stars Tickets.
Mandatory Fundraising events and Fees pay for operational expenses and Fine Art, Music and Athletic Programs.
Scrip – the percentage of your purchase that the school makes will go towards your fundraising goal.
Wrapping Paper, Jog-a-Thon and Chocolate Sale – 50% of what you sell will go towards your fundraising goal
Spring Dancing Under the Starts Tickets – Families must purchase two tickets to the event, 50% goes toward your fundraising goal.
***You may also pay your Fundraising Fee in full by August 10, 2022 (no exceptions) and save $25.00. Total will be $675.00
**You can arrange to pay the full $700 Fee through Smart Tuition with your Tuition payment, the amount will be $63.63 per month for 11 months, please let the office know.

Each student must sell one book (20 tickets at $2.00 each) for the Nativity Annual Festival.
VOLUNTEER HOURS
A minimum of 30 hours service (or $15 per hour) is required per family.
8 hours of the total 30 hours must be served as follows
** $450 for 30 hour BUYOUT due May 31, 2020

Athletic Fees - $110.00 for the first sport, $80.00 for each additional sport

ADDITIONAL FEES
All adults working/volunteering with the students must be VirTus trained and Live Scan Fingerprinted. You can go to the LA Archdiocese web site to get dates and locations for both.
