Enrollment Procedures 2023-2024
Thank you for your interest in a Catholic education for your child at Nativity Catholic School. Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year begins on January 24th, 2023.

STEPFill out an application form. (See attached application below.)

STEPPrepare to submit the following records as listed below under *APPLICATION DOCUMENTS.

STEPRequest a recommendation from your child's current teacher using the following forms: TK-K or 1st-8th Grades
|
STEPSchedule an assessment. (After all documents are submitted, the school office will contact you to schedule an assessment for your child or children.)

Please bring original documents upon submission of application. The school office will make and keep only the copies of the originals.

A. BIRTH CERTIFICATE – ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE from the country of birth (the school office will make a copy).

E. CUSTODY AGREEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)
F. MOST RECENT REPORT CARD
G. FIRST COMMUNION CERTIFICATE

- Legacy Families: Those families who currently have children enrolled or who have graduated from the school.
- Parish Families: Those families who are active, participating members of Nativity Catholic Church.
